Note:    1.         The above-mentioned percentage of the respective gallantry award winner’s ward’s CWAT score will be added to his/ her actual CWAT score before drawing the overall merit list.

2.         A certified copy of the part II Order / Gazette notification conferring the award / copy of the award certificate should be attached with the application form for claiming the weightage. For Sena Medal (Gallantry) a certificate has to be obtained from MS – X that the Sena Medal awarded to the Officer is for acts of courage / bravery.

Mode and Schedule of Payment

            All dues will be paid through a demand draft in favour of Army Institute of Higher Education, Pathankot , payable at Pathankot.  The fee for the B.Ed. course will be paid in two equal installments, the first  Rs 23,500/-(Rs. 21,000/- in case of widows/wards of widows) to be paid at the time of formal admission to the course and the second amounting to Rs 16,500/-(Rs. 12,625/- in case of widows/wards of widows) to be paid by 31 December 2010.  The candidates qualifying for admission will be required to deposit Rs 10,000/- latest by 30 Jun 2010 along with the willingness certificate (Number 9) on the announcement of the CWAT results.  This amount will be adjusted against the first installment of the fee at the time of their formal admission to the course i.e. date of counselling. Similarly the hostel charges will be paid in two equal installments i.e. Rs. 16500/- in July and December.
